Should already have a professional portfolio and some experience in the design industry. They will have mainly worked on larger projects but may have a few smaller personal projects to show of their own and will Interpret and implement the creative vision across a broad range of projects. The middleweight designer will be involved in a wide range of projects where they will have the ability to take design briefs and implement them, but will still be overseen by a Senior Designer or Art Director.
